been cleared as a precaution. she arrived at the hospital by car yesterday. she's at the same hospital where kate middleton stayed last year when she was suffering severe morning sickness. the queen is expected to be released tomorrow. in pakistan, the death toll expected to go higher after a massive car bomb in karachi. no claim of responsibility. but at least 40 people have been killed. former nba star dennis rodman is talking about his basketball diplomacy trip to north korea. last week, he met with kim jong-un. they attended an exhibition basketball game. on abc's "this week" yesterday, the flay buoyantly dressed rodman talked to george stephanopoulos. >> you said you love kim and think he's awesome, were you aware of his threats to harm the united states and his horrendous record on human rights? >> one thing about that. i didn't look at all that right there. i understand what he's doing. i don't condone it.

a sinkhole in florida last week swallowed up a man as he slept. the man's body will not be removed. gio benitez has the latest. >> reporter: the family prayed at the mail box saying a final good-bye and got ready for this. almost 40 years of memories ripped apart. >> i had my eyes closed. i couldn't watch it. it was too much. >> reporter: this is the final resting place for 37-year-old jeff bush who died after his bedroom collapsed into a sinkhole 100 feet deep on thursday night. after four days, we still can't see the sinkhole. but rescuers who did said it was impossible to get him out. >> i'm so sorry they can't get him out and that's the last place he's going to be. >> reporter: the crane stayed far back. just in case the ground gave way. the arm grabbing the family's american flag. a teddy bear, and the precious family photos. then there's the family bible. >> it means that god is still in control. he knew we needed this for closure.

the 911 dispatcher tells the caller to get to the woman and stay by her side. >> we can't wait. i need that phone next to the patient immediately. she's possibly not breathing. i need someone to get there. >> reporter: a nurse comes on the line. >> yeah, we can't do cpr. >> reporter: the dispatcher becoming more frantic. is there anyone else that can help. this woman's not breathing up in. she's going die if we don't get this started. >> i unts. i am a nurse. i cannot have our other senior citizens who don't know cpr. >> is there anybody there that is willing to help this lady and not let her die? >> not at this time. >> reporter: paramed ings did arrive. she was pronounced dead at the hospital. the care facility say, our practice is to wait until such personnel arrive.

no arrests have been made. they identified the victim, an 18-year-old richard vega shot dead at 10:20 last night. they found him in the driveway. he was taken to the hospital. he was alive at time but he died at the hospital. police say they do need help finding the killer. we are asking the community to contact us with any information they may have or any resident would may have surveillance cameras outside their house that may have captureed something and provide that to us. >> officers this is a -- officers say this is a good neighborhood. the neighbors are being very receptive of police being here, helping them with whatever
